Unfortunately, no!  This is my brother-in-law's biggest complaint when he travels there for long periods.

Take some ready to eat Indian products, just microwave or heat up (most hotels will do this for you too).  My bro-in-law heated up just plain hot water in the coffee maker and just used it.  You can take Maggi Indian noodles also.  He also takes along dry chutneys (sookhi) and Indian pickles, he just orders bread and butter from the hotels.

No. But if you go south on Xiang you can find a blind man from New Delhi and he is holding some cardomom.
