What are the services like?

Can they be trusted?

Do an internet search. I did one time and found a couple blogs and reviews on Lulu that were positive. At least one of those people had published with Lulu. The one negative I remember reading is that Lulu is not respected in the major publishing world. However, some people have still gotten major publishers interested in them from works they published with Lulu.
