My husband & I will be celebrating our 7th anniversary next month & would like to know what restaurtant/club you would recommend for a romantic night-out dancing. Any place that has salsa, merengue, and/or bachata would be fine.

If you've been to the Samba Room...let me know if you would recommend it & why.

Thanks!!

  1. Samba is a definite. Every time i have gone, we had a blast & the music was great. I think is is a real romantic night out for special occasions like your anniversary.

Another great place to try is Latin Quarters at City walk. I love the atmosphere, food & live band.

  2. I have been so Samba room and thought it was really nice. I went with my friends a few months ago they had good food pricey but really good I had the something paella or however you spell that.

They had salsa dancing even lessons when we went it was on a Friday. Liked the nice atmosphere  I would think it would be perfect for anniversaries. I would make reservations if you decide to go. We made reservations on the website

  3. Club Mambo

    Located on Oakridge Rd.

Club Mambo offers a nice night out for dancers. Spacious club with good music and nice dance floor. About 50% salsa (more salsa in the early evening) 50% merengue and bachata. Many dancers attend. Upstairs room for reagaton. Usually a $10 cover w/ free parking.

  4. Where: Samba Room - Orlando

Located in the Plaza Venezia @ 7468 West Sand Lake Road, on the road's southern side in the Dr Phillips area of Orlando, FL 32819

HIGHLY recommend - nice place, friendly staff, prices arent TOO crazy.  Salsa music all the time
