Any Paranormal Pictures I can use for my website Without?

Permission? Cause im opening a website , and i want to know if i can use other peoples pictures but put a reminder that i do not own them in any way, can you please help me?

I have none.  However, I did find this website that has public domain stock photos:

It's a not-for-profit, so I'm not soliciting.

This may not be what you're looking for since it appears there aren't that many available, but this is the sort of thing you want if you wish to avoid copyright infringement.
