Any Pasadena Celebs?

I just moved to pasadena a bit ago and I was wondering if there are any Celebs that lives in Pasadena that I should be on the look out for.

P.S. I already know about dr. drew... anyone else?

Pasadena is full of writers and entertainment execs, more than well known actors. People you wouldn't recognize but who are powerful in entertainment, like Gale Anne Hurd. The last rose queen's dad is a producer and she attended Flintridge Prep in La Canada, where a lot of Pasadena kids go to school, and so did Kevin Costner's kids and Haley Joel Osment. Pasadena's royalty is not movie celebs, it's way too s****.. ;-)

Rod Lurie, screenwriter/writer/director

There are rehab centers the celebrities like - Pasadena Recovery Center and Las Encinas.

But, a zillion movies and tv shows are filmed here. Eddie Murphy, Wentworth Miller were recently filming, late last year Angelina Jolie was filming the Changling here. I've seen Jessica Alba, Gwen Stefani and Katherine Heigl and Joel Madden around town. Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo Nawasha was recently married in St. Andrews. Avril Lavigne did a concert for LaSalle high school, Days of Our Lives actors did a benefit for So Pas High School. Anytime you see sweet old fashioned upscale neighborhoods, it's was likely filmed in South Pasadena or Pasadena.

Big writers will always do signings in Pasadena Bookstore, Hillary Clinton had the longest line.

If you want to see celebs, head west to The Grove on Fairfax, the Ivy, or malibu beach and the little strip malls near the Colony, or Venice boardwalk. Most celebs and actors you'd recognize live on the westside, especially Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.
