Any Phone plan to make unlimited free call to India from US, at least to one number. (Other than Mpingi)?

Please let me know if there is any phone plans of any provider (voip or normal phone) in US gives free unlimited calls to at least one Indian phone number. A regular monthly charge is fine. I got to know about Mpingi, but found 99% bad reviews for it. Please let me know if anyone knows a better option. Thanks in advance
