Any Places to ride In Tamworth,NSW?

Question

Does anybody know any places to ride a dirt bike in Tamworth or a place near Tamworth that would be good for a dirt bike it can be a track or empty paddock or anything like that also if you do could you please give me like a map on google maps or e-mail me directions if your using garmin mapsoruce

Hello. I know that there is alot of places to ride horses as before i left to go there i rang up the council and asked them and they gave me all information as they have area for different things as they thought i meant bikes lol. I hope that helps. It is annoying when people take everything away as you should have places everywhere. Good luck ok.

There is a showground there where I raced speedway, but you need to be affiliated with a club, turn up on a club day, pay your entrance fee and have a valid licence.

There are THOUSANDS of acres in Tamworth that are all private property, so your best bet would be to get friendly with a few of the locals and ask if you can ride on their land.

Word of warning, If you do, DONT rip it up, and DONT ride where they tell you not to. It will only stuff it up for you.

You should also ring the Police, or National Parks and Wildlife, and ask them where you can legally ride.

in sydney we got those police pricks on their trail bikes who have prette much outlawed us from riding in NON-national park bush trails...

id kill to live somewhere like tamworth or mudgee gunny etc cos so much open space and adventure....... just ride noone cares out there or do they????
