Any Private Investigators in Pennsylvania willing to help?

Im looking for an individual to help me find some lost family. I know names and even an old address and phone number, and also that one has either been in jail or at least involved with the cops. I cant begin to tell you how many people I have called looking for this family. I'm almost 22 years old and have never met my grandmother, and I'm her first grandchild. It's important to me to find this lost family preferably my uncle or grandmother... of if need be my dad... because I'd like to get health information especially before I start having kids.
