Any REALLY effective way to earn some money?

Hi there... i am a student and i am trying to earn some extra money for my student expenses that would help my parents somehow in all those expenses they have by their own. I tried eBay, i tied to create a website with m usic news etc with Adsense but for a whole year that i had the webste i earned... pennies. I tried also some freelancing (translations) but i was dissapointed again. My university do not give job opportunities any more as all seats are "closed" by others. Do you have in mind any really good and effective ways to earn some extra money (*not a fortune of course)? I'd appreciate it if you do not "promote/advertise" spam websites or similar things.
