Any Reason For Weight Loss?

I'm eating the same amount of food that i've always eaten

I'm 15, and i started my period last year ( don't know why but that may be useful to know! )

I'm not too sure, because i didnt weigh myself that often or that accurately, but i think i've lost about a stone in 2/3 months

and i've dropped clothing sizes from 10's to 8/6's

any possible reason for this??

  2. Most common cause given what you said, is lack of vitamin D. You might not be getting enough sun, you need 45 minutes in the sun per day, on exposed skin, and up to 3 times as long if you have dark skin.

    Best cure is to take a supplement, or a multivitamin.

  3. A few months ago I went through a really stressful time and I lost a lot of weight, I wasn't sleeping or eating properly and I was just worried.

  4. I Dont Think You should go on a diet your pretty in your way you dont need to do that just becuz you dont think your pretty but inside of u there is a hot girl just waiting to come out but she wont come out if u  go on a diet

It's probably your hormones and you may need to increase the amount of calories you are taking because of the changes your body is going through.  I would check with the doctor just to make sure there are no underlying problems.  I wouldn't worry too much though you're probably not eating enough for your age/height.
