I'm eating the same amount of food that i've always eatenI'm 15, and i started my period last year ( don't know why but that may be useful to know! ) I'm not too sure, because i didnt weigh myself that often or that accurately, but i think i've lost about a stone in 2/3 monthsand i've dropped clothing sizes from 10's to 8/6'sany possible reason for this??
