Any Reviews on a Qayak?

I am interested on any reviews someone might have that has tried out a one or two person Qayak. I had trouble finding any online that weren't testimonials off the web site.

Anyways, there are two types.

1. This kind is basically a shell. If it fills with water it won't float well enough to paddle.

2. This type is basically an inflatable - made of sturdy plastic - it has trapped air & water drains. Always floats - if it flips you just roll it back - no bailing necessary.

Check out www.paddling.net. They have lots of independent, community-based reviews. You can also look at magazines such as Canoe & Kayak or Sea Kayaker, but take those with a grain of salt since manufacturers who are being reviewed may also happen to be heavy advertisers.
