I have got a big science exam on Friday, it's all about chemistry which I am REALLY bad at. I keep reading the notes over and over but it doesn't stick and I have a terrible memory. So if ayone has any tips that might make me remember it better please let me know. Thank You!

  1. Just right everything out again and again until it's in your head!

It's boring but the best way to do it.

  2. well righting it out does help but if it is something like vocab use flash cards that always helps and remember the word to the definition instead of the other way around that makes it a lot easier. and remember phrases not the whole sent from the text it helped me : )

  3. Hi! I'm a study-aholic

I take the following steps to ensure info sticks in my head.

    1. Ensure your drinking water enough to keep hydrated

    2. getting enough sleep/rest

    3. giving yourself breaks for exercise, socialising, leisure, but keeping a balance, to keep thought processes going

    4. Eat healthily, power up on fruit/low fat yogurt smoothies, peanut butter, bananas, wholegrains, nuts

    5. bookmark pages you need to revise

    6. set yourself a target-eg a certain amount of the book/certain chapter within a particular period of time

    7. take notes on everything, colour code notes, draw diagrams, keep reading aloud information

    8. after every couple of pages you revise, tell someone else about everything you know of the topic, get them to test you if possible

    9. ask for past papers and answer sheets. go through all of them.

    10. keep rereading text book and redoing diagrams or notes your unsure of

    11. develop a kean interest for topics

    12. remember-it will be over soon, and success will never taste so sweet!

  4. don't just copy it out, it won't sink in, if you think about it and write it out in your own words that will be loads better. Then use those as notes to read over.

Also write out the most difficult bits and stick them up around the house.

Use flashcards and read them over whenever you can.

    hope this helps
