what time during the day is usually low tide, like sometime in midday thanx guys

it depends. this week, low tide:

sat 3/29: 12:03 pm (0.5)

sun 3/30: 1:01 pm (0.3)

mon 3/31: 1:46 pm (0.1)

tue 4/1: 2:24 pm (0.0)

wed 4/2: 2:58 pm (0.0)

thur 4/3: 3:30 pm (0.1)

fri 4/4: 4:01 pm (0.4)

cowell's is usually best at low tide because of the sand bar there. pleasure point is also good.

if santa cruz also has a mixed tide, then the low or high tide should come back around in about 25 hour intervals.

check the tide charts on surfline or whatever surf site there is, i'm somewhat accurate in my statement.
