Any Scholarships/Grants for Young, Working, Low Income Fathers?

Question

I am currently unmarried, but we are planning to be married within the next couple of years, which I suppose would give me enough time to get some aid as a single parent still. I make about 37k a year on a freelance basis as a graphic designer. I am considering Capella University for IT Project Management, or maybe going back to FIT to finish my BA in Graphic Design. Or who knows? if the aid is good enough maybe someplace better than Capella.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

37K is not considered low income.  sorry.
