Any Science Fair Ideas?

I have and idea but I want to know what you guys think. Im in 8th grade and I'm okay at Science fair.

If I was in 8th grade right now, I would be doing Urban agriculture.   Looking at how to optimize your at home growing space..  Or doing an energy analysis of my home with the ultimate goal of decreasing my families carbon foot print by like 30% in a year.

And energy analysis should be pretty easy, you have a meter on the side of the house as well as bills that come in with consumption.

You can get umpteen resources on compact fluorescents, turning the heat down, recycling and all that jazz.

It shouldn't be too hard, isn't overly sceintific and the judges will eat it up.

Mine was an experiment on the magnetism of a dollar bill, I extracted the iron from it. :)

I blended a dollar bill in some water, put it in a Ziploc bag, and used a heavy duty magnet to draw it all the one place in order to show the metal. It was really different and interesting, and it faired well.
