Any Teacher Organizations that do not offer Insurance?

Question

Are their any organizations out there specifically for teachers that DO NOT offer their members any form of professional liability insurance?

If not how come, how come so many organizations are underwritten by the same insurance companies as?

I know quite a few teacher organizations as a result of being in this business for 23 years.  I'm not aware of any national organization or state organization that does not offer insurance.  I am aware though of local teacher organizations that do not offer insurance; one in our area is called Retired Teachers of Monroe County.  I'm sure there are many like it across the country.
