its not technecally a scam because they put you in front of so many great agencies however it is not worth the amount of money they force you to pay and garuntee no success it is much better to just get an agent the old fashion way and it is much more professional and personal that way so my suggestion is to not do proscout most people pay 700 dollars and dont even get a callback for one agency
