Any Tips for Falling Asleep Fast/Mind at ease & Waking Up Early???

School starts shortly. I need to go to bed @ 10pm & wake up by 5:30pm (in order to get enough sleep). Any tips on how I can fall asleep fast/ease my mind to not think about things & wake up early without feeling tired? Thank you!

  1. 5 pm is pretty late for waking up. go for a run, that'll get you a good nights sleep.


  2. exercise, you'll be out like a light when your head hits a pillow if you get into an extreme sport.
