Any Tips on helping me with my spike?

Kay. My coach, last year, told me to work on my spikes. Cause when i spike it goes out. Even when i jump to spike it's still goes out.

  1. snap your wrist


  2. work on bringing your arm all the way down, dont stop mid air because then the ball takes longer to hit the ground which means it goes farther. when you snap your arm down right after you make contact the ball will go directly down with alot of power. also make sure your hand is open. i used to have a real bad habbit of closing it and youd be really suprised at the diff. it can make.

  3. If the ball flies out of bounds everytime, you are probably not getting on top of the ball.  It sounds like you are making contact under the ball.  Be sure on contact the ball high and on top, and then make sure you snap.  This should help keeping the ball in the court.  Hope this helps!  :D

  4. ok i bounch balls on the ten foot line theres no such thing as hitting to hard its just tenique. pratice pratice pratice eventually you will get it
