Plz I would really love to get over my fears of hurting myself. I also need some tips on how to do a back handspring anyway. I already know how to do a front handspring, front walkover and a backbend. I can do many more but everytime i try to go to do a back handspring I always freak out that im gonna hurt myself. Plz help!! NOTE: ONLY TUMBLERS AND GYMNASTS MAY ANSWER THIS QUESTION!!!
