Parents dont have money for to take lawyer in that sad case.

Victims or the relatives of the victim do not need to hire a lawyer.  When someone commits murder in the United States of America it will be investigated and if the investigation develops sufficient evidence to bring somebody to trial then a lawyer who is employed by the United States government will ensure the case is prosecuted and the person or persons responsible are taken to court and convicted.  The prosecuting lawyers and the investigative authorities should be making attempts to contact the family.  However if they have not done so as of yet, you can go to the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate and they will be able to serve as a liaison to keep you updated on the investigation and or trial.
