  1. potato salad, tofu, cream cheese and crackers, avocado sushi, pumpkin soup, fried rice with mixed veggis, pancakes, celery and carrot sticks, fruit salad, corn cob and butter, frozen grapes, pineapple, various fruits, muesli, banana - for potassium, garlic bread, pasta with no meat

  2. well you dont sound much like a vegetarian. u just sound like you have junk food problems. im a vegetarian. but i do eat fish, for some source of protein. but uslly i have soy milk with special k flavored cereals NOT FAT AT ALL and taste so good. try raw bay carrots, thier pretty good and easy to put in a bag. fruits are deff a big one when ur a vegetarian, so basically any kind of fruit is on the go. but u sound like ur just looking for junk food on the go...

  3. Nuts are a hearty, filling and good for your heart despite their

"higher fat" content... they're full of fiber, almonds are the best.

Dried fruit, like raisins, craisins, dried mango or apricots are also excellent and easy to tote.

If you like trail mix you could combine the dried fruit and nuts with lowfat granola. Then at any point if you needed a full meal you could stop in any convenience store and grab a container of yogurt to go with it.

Sometimes peanut butter and jelly hits the spot.

If you need to stop at a restaurant, consider a Greek salad, or vegetarian pita sandwich at a Greek gyros place at the mall.

Subway has vegetarian subs and Quiznos has great flatbread salads and a broccoli cheese soup that has carrots in it too.

Also, fairly quick are Mongolian grills where you can get a relatively healthy all vegetarian meal.

Call ahead for vegetarian Chinese takeout too.

If you plan ahead a little bit and take a cold pack with you in a little lunch bag, then you'll have other good choices available to you like: lowfat mozzarella sticks, dip to go with the fruits and veggies, cream cheese wraps with herbs, etc.

    As to vegetarian dinners...

Eggplant, Portobello Mushrooms, and Beans help make dishes feel more filling without meat.

  4. Try pizza only with cheese and mushrooms, and catchup, and offcourse origano :)

Taste is still like pizza :) and it is good :)

I eat that, and you can still call me vegeterian :)

  5. I knew someone who would order a whopper without the burger! Anyway pasta and vegetables, with a little cheese sprinkled on top or add some nuts for taste and crunch. Salads with fruits added are good too.

You have to be okay with eating fruits and vegetables, otherwise it will not be easy! Make sure to get protein, too. Nuts are good for that, and beans.

  6. salad, granola bars, or veggie dogs, veggie wraps... there is tons of choices
