  1. I would like  to wish you a happy birthday!

But I am a person omnivorous -who eat vegetarian and meat!

  2. Happy Birthday!

Mock meats are usually high in protein and they make it easy to replace the meat in your favorite meals. Here's a list of popular fake meats: http://www.vegcooking.com/guide-favs.asp

Vegetarians get all of the vitamins and nutrients they need by eating fruits, veggies, beans, nuts, and grains. Some high-protein vegetarian foods are almonds, black beans, cashews, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, peanut butter, pinto beans, seitan, soybeans, soymilk, sunflower seeds, and tofu.

Check out http://www.tryveg.com/ for lots of info and tips. Good luck!!

  3. do your research... a lot of it too!! if you don't create good habits in the beginning they will be harder to change later on... i'm now facing the consequences of that and its not fun... feeling gross all the time and an hour long nose bleed tend to p**s you off

eat enough eggs and stay away from junk food... be careful! some yogurt has gelatin in it... read you labels! best of luck! BE HEALTHY PLEASE!!

    happy birthday! =]

  4. Just eat a variety of soy foods, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and green vegetables and don't worry about protein - you'll get plenty.  It's very easy to come by.

    Happy Birthday!
