Tips Anyone? For being a better swimmer or Water poloist

  1. Add jogging to your routine. I used to be part of a very competitive swimming club, and we used to run some 5 km before even touching the water. Also, we used to climb stars up and down. That helped a lot.


  2. do 10 laps every time you go to the pool when you first enter the pool and the last couple of minutes of the pool being closed
