If anyone contacts you regarding help for a visa, do not believe it!  Many unscrupulous people sell "visas" that look quite authentic, but are quite worthless.  They also sell their supposed "contacts" within the embassy who will help you get a visa - again, this is just fraud.  The only legitimate way to get a visa is to apply through the foreign mission of the appropriate country.
