Any Vitex advice/success stories?

We have been TTC for a little over a year. I have PCOS and go months without a period. I have decided to seek treatment and try to get on Clomid but I won't be able to do that for a few months. I have heard some good things about Vitex so I decided to give it a try and ordered some today. I know you can't take Clomid and Vitex together, so obviously if I end up going on Clomid I will stop taking the Vitex.

Has anyone had any success with Vitex?

So far I am entering my 3rd month of taking Vitex.  It usually take 3 months for it to have an effect on you. However in the 2nd month I ovulated earlier than expected and had a full Luteal phase.  My cycle was irregular for 2 months due to stress. Last month and this month I am back on track.  I didn't have much PMS with my last AF.  However this month I broke out and I haven't broken out in years.  Vitex helps regulate hormones and perhaps that is what caused it.  So far I am happy with the results and hoping this will be the month.
