I have recently become addicted to drinking sparkling mineral water (Pellegrino, et al) I DO KNOW that it does have a small amount of sodium in it... I do drink regular water too... I am just wondering if there are any real 'side effects' that may occur... please have info sources :)

  1. I don't know about Pellegrino  spring water but i know Rosbacher spring water is good for you has it has calcium and magnesium in there water has Michael Schumacher drinks loads of this spring water, being plain or flavoured.

  2. I don't think so. Maybe you get to burp more cos of the "gas" in them.

  3. Yes - bad teeth.

All carbonated drinks contain acid, and can cause teeth-damage. It's not just the sugar, you have to watch out for.
