  1. Beat someone up on the first day, or become someones *****.  After that it should be smooth sailing.

  2. Have fun your last year in middle school. Its gonna be like 7th grade except different teachers, classes, and classmates and your the alpha of the school. theirs no older grade then you. So have fun

  3. dont be a teachers pet or do any tattling, people will think you are a loser.

and if you are allowed to, put wrapping paper and pictures in your locker to make it look cute, people will always come to look at your locker if its cute:)

and definitely do your homework and study for tests,

but still go out and have fun with your friends a lot.

i am going to be a freshman this year and trust me,

just don't try to get in trouble and you will do fine.

ohh yeah, dont have a food fight on the last day of school, someone did it at our school and they got detention for like the whole first month of highschool. :)

  4. You will be the big honcho or honchette, so you will feel older and more mature than the other classes below you

don't get used to it though, 9th grade is next, and you will be a freshy

  5. Study hard and get good grades.  Have fun and enjoy being a teen, but make good choices. You're at an age where you'll be getting more peer pressure than ever--remember it's okay to say no to something you don't feel comfortable doing. I don't mean to sound like a public service annoucement, but I have younger sister who's going to be a freshman this year.

  6. If you're at the same school, then it's almost exactly the same.

Of course you'll have different teachers, and duh, the work will be more challenging.

Whatever you do, don't pick on 7th graders. It's really stupid and they don't deserve it. And obviously if you were an incoming 7th grader, would you want to get bullied by someone who happened to be born a year earlier than you? So that's stupid.

There's nothing to worry about. If you have your friends, you're good and there's no upperclassmen to bully you or whatever else :)
