Any advice for a freshman ?

hi,well im going to school 2 morrow im going to be a freshman im so scared/exited i mean its going to be a big change but im mostly scared that i have to take a math class i mean i completly suck at math and i heard that teachers are strickt and i also heard that there is going to be a lot more drama and other stuff so is there any advice

stay cool and don't panic. just be yourself and don't prejudge your teachers.. what you heard was from other students right? maybe you will get along with them ....

about math: you might just excel in that class. maybe it was your study habits, lack of intrest in the subject or a few downs that have made you come to think, that you suck at math. just give it a try and get help as SOON as you need it. don't be afraid to ask questions, no matter how ' dumb ' they seem to be.

remember high school is a new chance and your last few steps to college. make the best out of it!

Advice for high school:

1. Venture out of your normal social group

2. Ignore rumors/ what people say (don't worry about what other people think)

3. Actually study/ do your homework

those are the basics lol you'll be fine :)

i was in your position last year and i was even more nervous than you and now i feel stupid because i was definitely overreacting. First off if your math starts to really trouble you in highschool you can go to tutoring, it brought me up from a B to an A. When i got to school i was actually surprised to see that there was much less drama in highschool, i guess because people are more mature. Anyway what i'm telling you is not to be nervous because you will make tons of friends right off the bat and you'll love the extra freedom given to you, i sure did.

High school is a lot easier than everyone says it is. They just do that to scare you. Being a freshmen isnt fun though. Theres initiation day and duct tape day. Just be careful.
