  1. party it up. colleges like to see improvements in gpa from your first year. make lots of friends. run for student government.

  2. I am in your same situation but all i can say is dont make enemies and youll be fine

  3. do not dress like a freshman. we can always tell who is new because freshman always over  dress. noe how the bells rings. at my school there are 2 bells that ring in the library and gyms. so on the first day of school the freshman do not noe that the first bell is a warning bell so when the freshman stand up on the first bell everyone yells freshman to those who stand up. i don't noe how ur school works so u need find out if they have things like this to embarrass the incoming freshman. have a friend who is an upperclassman so they can show u around.if ur school has orientation make sure u go so u wont get lost on ur  first day. trust me orientation is help full. my school is like a maze and if it wasnt for orientation i would have gotten lost. do not slack off on ur first year cuz it hard  to make up ur freshman work when ur a senior. have fun and enjoy ur self . dont let the upperclassman scare u espessally the mean girls . their just mean to u because when they were freshman the older girls were mean to them

  4. Do:

    -talk to new people

    -be outgoing

-study hard to maintain grades (all those grades end up going on ur college transcript!)

    -talk to boys

    -smile and be cheerful

    -get along with teachers

    Do NOT:

    -be shy of boys

    -let anyone get you down

    -give up

-talk so much to the point of annoyance

-become friends with people the school hates

-keep talking to people who bother you

    -let other people use you

  5. Watch out for the Senior Boys!
