Question:

Any advice for me anyone??? all opinions ???

well , i have decided that i want to change, i want to quit smoking ( pack a day), lose weight ( 195lbs) , and have a better social life, do i tackle all the problems at same time or work on one at a time???

  1. Well, I'd say focus on one mainly, but do little things to ease yourself into the others. Try going cold turkey with smoking (it will kill you, afterall!), and strive towards a healthier lifestyle to lose the weight. Eat healthy and organic, and don't even buy the junk food! Excersize as much as possible, also. Once your confidence is boosted by doing both of those things, tackle your social life! :D


  2. You should work on them one at a time . If you tackle all of these at once it could be too much stress on you and you very well may get frustrated and give up on it all . Which is not some thing you want to do .

    I would do this in this particular order .

    1st stop smoking . Not only is it better health wise but it will also be easier on you to work out while you are loosing weight .

    ( trust me I smoke nearly a pack a day and it gets rough just walking a short distance )  I'm a good one to be preaching huh ? L.O.L. I'm better at giving advice than taking it .

    2nd start your weight loss program , rather it be a diet aid or through exercise .

    After this you should have no trouble improving your social life .

  3. well you definitly need to stop smoking before working out because you need your lungs to breath and then once you start exercising and dieting hopefully the need to smoke will be replace by a drive to continue on the road to be healthy. Good luck

  4. work on one at a time so you don't overwhelm yourself and give up. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, stupid) (you are not stupid it is just a saying) anyhoo, i would start with the weight first. so when you get frusterated you can smoke a cigarette and so you dont get the urge to smoke when you quit in social situations. hope that helps a bit

  5. i'd start with the social life because when your out and about more often you will lose weight because your doing more, also you will smoke less because you wont think about cigerettes much unless your friends smoke cus i find i smoke more when i'm with my mates that smoke
