  1. when you block, keep low and spread your legs so you can be strong and yet keep balance, if there is no one to block, find someone...

when you block then go for a pass, keep low, then when the time is right push the defensive end or person your blocking as far away from you as possible and go for the pass...

when you just straight up go for a pass, then do a little push off, then go...

work on your blocking and catching skills...

and when you work out, work out your legs and shoulders...

but afterwords, always ice yourself down so you dont get sore...

and a big rule, ALWAYS WEAR A CUP!!!

    really important...

  2. It depends on the offense your coaches want to run. If there's a lot of passing, you'll want to make sure you're dependable. Catch every single thing thrown your way. Go about receiving with the attitude of "it's MY ball".

As a TE, you'll also want to take a hard-nosed approach to blocking. You are a second tackle on many plays and you'll need to seal the edge so the TB/RB can break outside.

You might even want to check out this website. They have some great tips. Don't forget to MASTER THE PLAYBOOK! Coaches hate when you s***w up a play--and you'll come to hate when a teammate screws up, too. But never fail to remember it's a team game and you're one of 11 guys who put those points on the board.

  3. ummm..... check out a book its called football for dummys. Maybe that would help.

  4. do your best, have fun

  5. Just work hard and listen to your coachs.  They are there for a reason.
