We (Me, fiance and little bro) are going to V. Beach tomorrow and I am still trying to plan ahead a little. With the price of gas I am trying to pre print coupons or certificates etc. Any advice on good restaurants that are not too exspensive?

  1. Number of great restaurants.  Waterman's Restaurant, offers fresh seafood not inexpensive but not over priced.  Dough Boys California Pizza.  Great for the family...all you can eat spagehtti every night!!  Prices great too!!  Last there is Abbey Road which is a restaurant which offers many different entres ranging from pasta, to crab cakes, and new york strip steak.  The restaurant is named after the Beetles first racord titled: Abbey Road.  The inside of the restaurant is a tribute to the Beetles with pictues memorilbila and poster everywhere.  entertinment 7 days a week starting at 9:30 pm.

    ~Enjoy

  2. Between Pacific and Atlantic on 11th is great.  Just off the strip it is a very reasonably priced place with great beer to top it all off.  Also near Chick's Beach there is the Hot Tuna always a local favorite.  If you are there check out to see if the Tides are playing.  Great ball park in Norfolk that is a lot of fun.

  3. I've located a nice list of restaurants that might help. You can narrow down the Virginia results by cities close to you. If you call a few of the restaurants you can narrow down wich one would work best for you. http://www.restaurantreviewsratings.com/...

  4. I love Mahi Mahi right on the beach.   It's not cheap, but the appetizers are wonderful and generous - you could share a couple of appetizers, split an entre and share desert and be perfectly happy.  They may also have happy hour specials.

  5. Mongolian BBQ is awesome - it's on Military Hwy near the shopping centers in Norfolk - North of RT 58 on the left.  Reasonable

There is a great Greek place in VA Beach off Witchduck Road right before you go into Chesepeake on the left - Athens Family Rest. very reasonable - owned by a few cops.

Grate Steak is moderately priced but a must stop place if they like steak on the grill... they'll never stop talking about it - my parents still do after more then two years!!
