Is there a way to get a general manager fired if she's disrespectful to her employees and has had a long past of complaints?

  1. The only way would be to prove that her actions are illegal, and/or inappropriate. Document everything (testimonies, photos, everything you can get). Then go over her head to her supervisor if she has one. If it is warranted, go to your state labor department. Good luck.

  2. Go to higher authority - there has to be someone you can report her to - that's just horrible - good luck honey

  3. Hello,

More often than not I have learnt going above her head to complain individually does not work. If you want her removed and there are many of you then you must all act as one voice and take her to task. Ultimately it is much easier to replace one disgruntled manager than dozens or hundreds of subordinates.

Again, make sure you all act as one and all of you put your heads on the block together because sadly so many unhappy employees talk tough but wimp out and crawl back in their holes when the time comes to confront the unpleasant situation and pay the piper.

    Cheers,

    Michael Kelly.
