Any advice on how to ger ready for Track & Field Day?

My little brother is having track & field day this week, & hes running in all of the races (100 meter, 50 meter, 4-1 relay..) He's a very good runner & beats all the other kids, but he's ever seems thirsty or tired & my friend said there could be something wrong with him...

I wanted to know if there are any tips for before & during thes races begin in school.

All advice will greatly help me. Thanks!

  1. He should sleep long everynight before the race like 10 hours. And then on the night before the race carbo load. So eat lots of pasta. Also eat protein too. And during the race he should have track spikes or really light running shoes. good luck
