  1. look at yourself in the mirror and decide on your positive features, dress to flaunt those features, such as skinny jeans if you have nice legs, v neck if you like your chest, contrasting eyeshadow to bring eyes out.

then work on posture, most people with a lower amount of confidence tend to slouch and stare the ground, standing up straight and walking while looking in front of you will make a difference.

also tell yourself you can do it and be bold to make a move, smile, dont be afraid to say hello to new people.

also think that if you hold back, then people may not get to know you, life is too short for doubting oneself.

  2. well, first you need to make yourself comfortable with who you are...

then, you need to learn the saying : who cares what they think? cause, seriously, i doesnt matter.

you say you know how confident you wanna be then do it and dont be all shy about it, sure you'll get a very strange looks in your life time but are you ever going to see the person you told you loved them in 9 grade again, when your older? ( thats just an example)

  3. just smile and laugh a lot

    listen to people

take in confidents but dont brag just let them soak in

keep your head held up high.

    talk to people!

dont chicken out just tell yourself you can do it

im 13 and used to be really shy...
