Any advice on my hair or makeup?

Question

Okayy so I kinda want to change for the new school year.

I've been thinking alot about either getting black for underneath my hair or purple tips/streaks.

I also want to know if anyone has any advice on my make-up :)

P.S I didn't straighten my hair today x] gahh I'm too lazy to

and yeahh I know I didn't smile but whenever I smile my eyes crinkle up and then you wouldn't be able to my make-up :D

Your face shape is oval or circle.

Just put a little brown eyeshadow at the end of your eyes & curl your eyelashes. Get a pink or red tinted lip gloss. Put shine serum in your hair (like biosilk)

Also i would get concealer and mineral powder to even out the complexion. I would reccomend dying your hair a darker brown beacuse that would look good because your hair color is uneven. Your hair looks damaged. Cut your hair into a bob.

Your face shape looks like an oval.  

Also, don't do black underneath. I think the purple tips would look good on you. =)

I don't think you know how to apply the eye liner correctly.  I would suggest doing away of it altogether.  Try just mascara and a nice lipstick (not too dark).  

And, you already know it but get your hair done.

ok i would definately straighten your hair to make it shinier and stuff. I think u look really cute with that head band or maybe take your bangs and flip them back and pin them. As for your makeup, i would go with a back eyeliner on the top and bottom. But put the eyeliner on the bottom on the tear line. Like pull ur bottom eyelid down and put the eyeliner right next to your eye like above ur eyelashes (if that makes any sense). Then follow that with a little mascara and maybe a brown or blue eyeshadow (dont go overboard with it tho!)
