How many days after spotting should I take a pregnancy test for it to be the most accurate?

The first day. Get a pregancy test that tests 5 days before your missed period it will be sure to pick up the hormone if its there

I took one about 3 or 4 days after spotting I kept thinking my period would come but it didnt and sure enough I am pregnant with baby # 3. Did the spotting take place when your period usually comes? Mine did so I knew it would be okay to take a test good luck:)

you can start as soon as you miss your period but the more days you wait the more accurate reading you will get. Try taking one if its negative than try taking another one in two days. if its positive then congrats
