Any advice or tips on conceiving? I'm ovulating!?

Ok, so I just got my positive ovulation test result for this month, even though we have been trying for several months...I just have a good feeling about this one, LOL. So, I was wondering if any of you had any good advice or tips to help us this time.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had used preseed or preconception moisturizer/lubrication...if so please let me know what you think about them.

My best advice is get off the computer and start dancing and dance ALOT for the next 2-3 days.

I hear that preseed works wonders but I do not have any experience with it myself! As far as advice... baby dance every other day this whole week of you getting the + ovulation test!
