Any advices where employees can complain about ill treatment in there work places ?

File a complaint against your employer in the Department of Labor of UAE so that appropriate actions will be taken.

in certain places and in such places, the likelihood of a complaint being investigated will fall into deaf ears and blind eyes.   so if u can pack up and go,  please do so
