Any aftermarket car radios with the Microsoft Sync technology or something similar in it?

I got to see it in action at a Ford dealership but I want to see if there is a way to get it without getting a new car for my Zune. I'm already aware of the Aux jack but I want to see if there is something that allows you to use the car controls to change songs similar to the iPod.

If the main feature about sync you want to have is being able to connect a zune you could get a head unit with a USB port on it.
