Interviews are over the phone.

Its easy to get in, provided your english is good.

Avoid Starboard, pays less, the work evironement is terrible and unfriendly. They have more ships though.

Hardings pays 160pounds a week + commission.

Also the advantage of working on the shops is that you usually have the days free.
