Any alternatives to ebay?

I am frustrated with ebay, and I am looking for a place to sell my items. Any good alternatives to ebay out there? I am sick of fees, and people are who just plain mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try overstock.com. not only do they have auctions, they are cheeper, but you can contact them directly and thay might purchase your items from you and sell them on their site. There is a form that you will have to fill out. Other than that I recomend to dump paypal (if you are still on ebay), because they take HUGE fees, they make mistakes all the time and are rude, rude, rude. reminds me ot t-mobile. I don't do bussines with Pay Pal anymore. I only accept cashiers checque and money order. takes few day, but i save so much!

These are not auction sites but you can set up free stores, much like an ebay store.

There are no fees to list and no fees to sell, you can accept paypal or google checkout, cash, check or money order. (there are still paypal fees, and google check out fees)

Both of these stores submit your items to google, which ebay doesn't do anymore.

The sites are www.ecrater.com, easy to set up except for the shipping matrix (a little confusing) doesn't allow html in the listings.  The other site www.blujay.com does allow html, I haven't personally used this site, but I intend to in the near future.

Both websites have community forums you can read without registering.

If you are looking for auction format probably bidz.com for jewelry, ola.com for other items.  Neither one is close to the traffic received on Ebay.
