Any anime on about a girl that gets a super makeover than shes really pretty and stuff or something like that?

I don't know. But in Full Moon Wo Sagashite, the main character Mitsuki gets magically transformed into a 15 or 16 year old teenager I think. She turned from a cute little girl into a real hot and pretty teenager. Ouran High School Host club has the main character dressed in boys clothes, but when she gets a makeover and dresses in female clothes she becomes real pretty. In most animes, it's the boy who gets a complete makeover and looks fabulous not the girl.
