  1.   are you drinking enough water? it always seems to happen to me when i'm dehydrated. quick cures for when your experiencing them is a pinch of salt under your tongue and/or rubbing a ben-g*y type ointment directly on the cramp .you may want to increase your potassium intake if your lacking .

  2. I used to have exactly the same thing when i was younger, what you need to do, is get a wall tile, keep it by your bed, when you get the cramps, get out of bed and stand on the tile, this will get rid of it almost immediately, good luck.

  3. You need eat more banannas

  4. This is going to sound really weird... but the same thing happened to my mom.  She heard from a friend that if you put a bar of soap (really, I'm not kidding) in between the sheets of your bed, it helps with night leg spasms and other nighttime ailments like restless leg syndrome.  She said she feels crazy, but this worked!  Who knows if it's all in your head or what, but it might be worth a shot.  Also, be sure to drink enough water, and eat enough potassium, which can be found in foods like bananas, strawberries, and chicken.  Good luck!
