Any auto-deleted address books with Blackberry users?

Question

recently lost all address and numbers automatically in address book of Blackberry. Have been told un-retrievable yet my voice commands still work? Tech service no help, maybe they should give me another phone at their expense?

sounds like  u  have a memory problem.  try  storing all  your  music  pic vids on a sd mini  if you have no sd mini and a bunch of stuff  on  your device  it will  look  for  stuff  to  delete  to  find space.  also  use  your desktop manager  and  do  a  back up of your device  weekly.  it  will  save  you address book  messenger list  emails  etc.  if  you loose  your info  you can  hook  up  your berry  and do  a  restore  it wil  put your info  right back
