  1. Everyday shoot at least 100 free throws, shoot 100 jump shots, dribble alot and take a basketball with you everywhere you can and dribble as you walk..

    As for physical excercise lots of lower body like squats and lunges.....Also worl your upper body to build upper body strength by doing bench press and curls....

    Also a good thing to do is read Larry Birds life story and it will get you motivated and give you some good ideas....

    Work hard and it will pay off....
