You really just need music, food, and space. Then the people will handle it themselves. If you want a more central activity, try a movie or something.

well you could always just have a fun home party, (maybe have everyone bring a food item?) or buy pizzas and another fun idea is using a large bowl, put a bottle of juice and a bottle of pop together and float some pineapple rings or other fresh fruits in it to make a lovely punch! Maybe put some pretty colorful lights around the bowl to make it light up. Make cute little foods to set on a table such as Triscuit crackers with a slice of pepper jack cheese and a tomato slice on top (always a favorite!). You can even set out a bunch or tortillas for your guests and have all different kinds of stuff to fill them with to make sandwhich wraps (like a Subway sandwhich wrap!) For favors, you could go to Target or even a dollar store. There really is some cute but cheap stuff there!! Have a CD player playing high-energy music, decorate with streamers and cute lights. You can also have activities, maybe a craft like decorating picture frames with sea shells or other things (found at the Dollar Tree!) Play fun party games, here's one: Wrap a cute inexpensive gift a bunch of times with wrapping paper. Have all of your guests sit around in a circle and have a timer set for 15 seconds. Start by setting the timer and start passing the prize around. When the timer stops, whoever has the prize will unwrap a layer. Keep going until the last layer is unwrapped, and whoever reveals the prize wins!!

well it really matters what kinda girl this girl is,  cuz everyone has there diffrences.

1. you could do a girl slumber party (invite only her girlfriends)

2. u could throw just a normal party,  just invite some of her friends to come and chill and hang out.

3. u could throw a sports party, invite one of her fav choaches and invite some friends to do some practice with her.

these are some of my more fav ideas.

there is a varible here in what the girl is like and who her freinds are, for instance if there are ANY boys coming don't go make up type stuff...

if you do want to go down that line but remain inclusive call it "fantasy" or any other word other than "fancy dress" or "fairy"

also avoid "sci-fi" because those who want to do sci fi will do so anyway and its no use making everyone think it's a nerdcon.

Fantasy is a very inclusive option as it allows people to arrive from anything like a Jedi, LOTR character, Legend of zelda, or even the fairy queen if the spirit moves them that way.

other than that just go for the usal, people rock up, mess around, (got a gaming console with multiple controllers) eat, watch a movie/more messing around, go home.

slumber party/ makeover. the guest arrive and you take a before pic with a polroid, the you have people pick names out of a hat who's hair they'll be doing, makeup, etc. it was really fun! then you take an after.
