Question:

Any blood type-A people who have regularly taken apple cider vinegar?

A couple days ago I started taking a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water everyday - just for overall health.

Today I decided to look up which foods to eat for my blood type - which is A. I read that type-a people are supposed to stay away from apple cider vinegar....

So, my question is -- if you are type-a and have taken apple cider vinegar regularly, how was it? did it help or hinder? what are your thoughts?

  2. I'm type-A and I can't take it since I've got an allergy to brewer's yeast...which is in beer and vinegar...

not sure why it's listed as a stay-away-from food for Type-A...although maybe it's allergy related...I know I'm not the only one...

  3. My closest friend who is a type- A swears by it. She insists it must be the organic kind that contains the "mother".

I've used vinegar over the years and am type- A.  I also read that it's not great for type- A's,  because of sensitivity to fermentation.

It seems to strengthen the blood flow, for me anyway, so sometimes is enough. There was a time when I used it everyday.

  4. your blood type is only used for transfusion purposes. it has nothing to do with what you eat. it's a lot of bunk!

  5. Eat right for your blood type is a joke........I'm also type A.....Enjoy !!!!!!
