A couple days ago I started taking a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water everyday - just for overall health. Today I decided to look up which foods to eat for my blood type - which is A. I read that type-a people are supposed to stay away from apple cider vinegar....So, my question is -- if you are type-a and have taken apple cider vinegar regularly, how was it? did it help or hinder? what are your thoughts?
