Very unlikely that you can learn it on a website at all. Becoming proficient in billiards (incl. all sub categories like pool, etc.) requires you to exercise. Skills come with expereince, try and error, as well as instructions. It all starts with fundamentals, how to stand, how to aim, how to swing and how to strike. You got to do that at the table with someone watching you suggesting corrections until your body "remembers" it automatically and it becomes perfectly natural. There are of course online resources with tipps and tricks, drill shots, etc. But you need the fundamentals first.
